CR-9 Authorizing the purchase of equipment for the purpose of implementing License Plate Recognition under State Contract #M0003 for the amount of $73,718.78 pursuant to the donation received from IMTT CR-10 Authorizing the City to exercise the second one (1) year option under Agreement No. CY18-050 with CENTRAL JERSEY COLLISION d/b/a ELIZABETH TRUCK ENTER, LLC for vehicle collision repairs/loaders, backhoes and buses, (Class 4 vehicles or larger) commencing July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 for a total amount not to exceed $25,000.00 and authorizing the execution of such documents to effect the renewal option. CR-13 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a license agreement with MACK MADE, LLC t/a BRIDGE ARTS FESTIVAL for the purpose of an Art & Music Festival to be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Dennis P. Collins Park to be held from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, subject to COVID-19 CDC guidelines and any existing or further restrictions CR-14 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with R.
