A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF BAYONNE AND 191
LAFANTE WAY URBAN RENEWAL, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 191
LAFANTE WAY, WHICH PROPERTY IS IDENTIFIED AS BLOCK 412, LOTS 2.03

CR-8 Authorizing the submission of an application to the NJ DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS for a grant in the amount of $20,000 to provide inclusive

CR-11 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to purchase 14 sets of structural firefighting
turnout protective gear and 17 pairs of structural firefighting boots from SKYLAND
AREA FIRE EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING, LLC for the amount of $43,412.52 under
State Contract #17-FLEET-00810 and #17-FLEET-00809.

R-1 Discussing the city’s BEST PRACTICES survey. Finance
R-2 Approving Chapter 159 #4 in the CY 2020 budget, seeking permission of the
Division of Local Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue. Finance
R-3 Authorizing an increase to Agreement No. CY20-009 with CHASAN, LAMPARELLO,
MALLON & CAPUSSO, PC. for professional legal services in connection with State
Tax Court Appeals in the amount of $75,000.00, thereby making the total contract
amount not to exceed $130,000.00, to cover the cost of additional work that was
not anticipated due to the City wide re-evaluation.
R-4 Authorizing Request for Proposals for Human Resource Consulting Services to
provide an overview of the City’s existing internal processes/protocols and to make
recommendation regarding same.
R-5 Authorizing a warrant payable to BAYONNE CHAPTER OF UNICO NATIONAL, INC.
in the amount of $34,775.00 in connection with the COVID-19 meal delivery
program for seniors and the disadvantaged during quarantine/lockdown periods
in April and May of 2020.
R-6 Awarding a contract to PEAR CONSULTING, LLC, Vernon, New Jersey for
environmental oversight at Dennis P. Collins Park in furtherance of the court
ordered remediation being performed by PPG, contracted awarded under the
Non-Fair and Open process. All fees to be paid directly by PPG consistent with
the terms of the memorandum of understanding between the City and PPG.
TO BE ADDED AT THE MEETING
ADD-1 From the Honorable James M. Davis, Mayor appoint Shanna M. McKennan, to
the BAYONNE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD, term to expire December 31, 2023
and resolution consenting to said appointment.
ADD-2 Authorizing and directing the Planning Board to conduct a preliminary
investigation to determine whether certain property located at 12 and 14 West
22nd Street, which property is identified as Block 210, Lots 26 & 27, as shown on
the official tax map of the City of Bayonne constitutes a non-condemnation area
in need of redevelopment pursuant the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law
N.J.S.A. 40A:12a-1 et seq., and directing the Planning Board to prepare the
redevelopment plan for Block 210, Lots 26 & 27.
ADD-3 Authorizing and directing the Planning Board to conduct a preliminary
investigation to determine whether certain property located at 107 Avenue F,
which property is identified as Block 456, Lot 7, as shown on the official tax map
of the City of Bayonne constitutes a non-condemnation area in need of
redevelopment pursuant the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A.
40A:12A-1 et seq.
