work to the 4th Street Senior Center for an amount not to exceed $39,200.00. Public

CR-21 Amending Resolution Nos. 20-06-15-056 and 20-12-16-090 to reflect that fees
paid to Hoplite Communications, LLC, 197 Route 18, Suite 3000, East Brunswick,
NJ 08816 for telecommunications consulting services relative to the upcoming 5G
model at no cost to the City shall be chargeable to various telecommunications
providers’ escrow accounts.

R-2 Resolution to call on the Governor and the United States Congressional Delegation
from New Jersey to provide economic relief for the implementation of the USEPA
and NJDEP mandated “Long Term Control Plan” for combined sewer overflow.
R-3 Awarding the contract for improvements to 28th Street Park to PICERNO-
GIORDANO CONSTRUCTIONS, LLC, Kenilworth, NJ for the bid price of
$539,841.50.
R-4 Adopting An Area in Need of Redevelopment Study for property located at 455-461
Avenue C which property is identified as Block 219, Lot 24.01 as a non-
condemnation redevelopment area and authorizing the Planning Board to prepare
a redevelopment plan for further consideration by the Municipal Council pursuant

R-5 Authorizing a two-year extension with Borker Transmission Services Inc. 758

R-6 Resolution amending Ordinance No. O-21-31 entitled “AN ORDINANCES TO
EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO
ESTABLISH A CAP BANK” to correct a scrivener error in paragraphs 1 and 4.
R-7 Resolution requesting that the Mayor authorize and conduct an investigation into
the legally of the separation agreement between MARK BONAMO and the City and
if the agreement violate city policies and procedures.
