commencing January 1, 2021.
CR-9 Ordering a warrant in the amount of $17,299.00 payable to the STATE OF NEW
JERSEY for state surcharge fees on new construction and alterations. Building
CR-10 Authorizing the agreement with PASS PORT LABS, Charlotte, NC to provide
software, hardware and equipment necessary to maintain a parking management
system throughout the city, for a three (3) year period commencing November, 1,
2020 under the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance Contract #05-28 in the
amount of $102,636.00. Public Safety
CR-11 Authorizing a warrant in the amount of $286,958.98 payable to MOTOROLA
SOLUTIONS, Chicago, IL under state contract #83909 for the Citywide Radio
Systems for the period of one year commencing January 1, 2021. Monies for the
request will be chargeable to various city departments under the citywide
communication payable quarterly. Public Safety
CR-12 Authorizing the Bayonne Police Department to enter into an agreement with the
STATE OF NEW JERSEY to participate in the Law Enforcement Support Office
(LESO) to enable the Police Department to request and acquire excess Department
of Defense equipment, for a one year period commencing January 1, 2021. Public

CR-13 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter in an agreement with the BAYONNE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION to provide the cost of the removal of fuel
piping at the former Holy Family site from INDEPENDENCE CONTRACTORS,
Bridgeview, NJ in the amount of $13,368.00 for the one year period commencing
September 1, 2020. CDBG
CR-14 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter in an agreement with the BAYONNE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION to provide the cost of the oversight of
the removal of fuel piping and sampling of the underlying soils at the former Holy
Family site from MATRIX NEW WORLD ENGINEERING, Florham Park, NJ in the
amount of $9,430.00 for the one year period commencing September 1, 2020.

CR-15 Appointing MICHAEL MCKITTRICK as Registrar of Vital Statistics for a three (3)
term commencing January 1, 2021.
CR-16 Authorizing the request for proposals for the restoration of bells, and the
construction and installation of a Bell Tower. (St. Joesph’s)
CR-17 Amending Agreement No. CY20-078 with the BAYONNE ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION to provide CDBG funds for UST closure at the
former Holy Family site to increasing the amount of $1,165.00 to cover the cost of
additional work, making the total contract amount $9,905.00 and ratifying and
affirming the actions of the Executive Director in authorizing the contractor to
perform said additional work. CDBG
CR-18 Authorizing EXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, North Haledon, NJ to install,
overhaul and upgrade to all public safety department wiring infrastructure
to replace and repair the current wiring and infrastructure, to enhance
internet security relating all of the department’s functions bring it to code,
for a total cost of $108,760.00 under State Contract #88737. Chargeable
to account nos. C-04-922-1666-990 and C04-925-1666-990. Public Safety
CR-19 Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to purchase the parts and equipment
necessary to overhaul and upgrade all public safety wiring infrastructure
necessary to bring the infrastructure up to code , replace all current wiring and
parts and to enhance internet security throughout the department from CDW-
GOV, Vernon Hills, IL, total price is $48,180.60 under State Contract #AR233 and
A87720. Chargeable to Forfeiture account. Public Safety
