between the PORT AUTHORITY OF NY/NJ, CITY OF BAYONNE AND ROYAL
CARIBBEAN to allow for (1) a deployment strategy for adding Anthem of the Seas
planned call post November 1, 2021 and (2) changing the vaccination requirement
to 12 years old from 18 years old and ratifying and affirming the Health Officer’s
