(Amending Fee Schedule and Schedule 1-Requirements) O-6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, COUNTY OF HUDSON APPROVING A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF BAYONNE AND MA DURGA CHOSIN URBAN RENEWAL, LLC, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT ____ CHOSIN FEW WAY, WHICH IS IDENTIFIED AS BLOCK 751, LOT 1.15 AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE CITY O-7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, COUNTY OF HUDSON CONSENTING TO THE SALE OF THE PROJECT OF 175 WEST 7TH URBAN RENEWAL, LLC TO 175 W 7TH DEVELOPMENT URBAN RENEWAL LLC AND AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BAYNNE AND 175 WEST 7TH URBAN RENEWAL LLC TO 175 W 7TH DEVELOPMENT URBAN RENEWAL LLC; AND TO AMEND THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FOR THE PROJECT O-8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC. R-6 Designating BAYONNE LOGISTICS CENTER OWNER URBAN RENEWAL LLC as the redeveloper of property located in the Maritime District of MOTBY designated as Block 1180.01, Lot 1 and authorizing the assignment of a redevelop agreement to BAYONNE LOGISTICS CENTER OWNER URBAN RENEWAL for the development of said property and further authorizing the assignment of a financial agreement to Bayonne Logistics Center Owner Urban Renewal LLC. R-7 Authorizing the Law Director and Construction Offiicial to enter into negotiations with SOUTH COVE DEVELOPMENT, IV for the leasing of space at 191 LeFante Way for purposes of office space, storage space and parking for a multi-year period with options to renew and authorizing the Mayor and/or his designee to execute same in form and substance acceptable to the Law Director. R-8 Authorizing the submission of a grant application and execute a grant contract with the NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION for the Bayonne 2022 Roadway Improvements. TO BE ADDED AT MEETING ADD-1 From the Hon. James M. Davis, Executive Order #21-01, establishing the salary range for Park Attendant. ADD-2 Ratifying and confirming the actions of the Director of Public Works for the removal and replacement of two (2) outdoor ellipticals and safety mulch by PICERNO GIORDANO CONSTRUCTION in an amount not to exceed $19,015.00 ADD-3 Authorizing the Purchasing Agent to purchase Earth Lifts and associated equipment from HOFFMAN SERVICES, INC. through the ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing Agreement in amount not to exceed $76,102.68.
