R-6 Designating BAYONNE LOGISTICS CENTER OWNER URBAN RENEWAL LLC as the redeveloper of property located in the Maritime District of MOTBY designated as Block 1180.01, Lot 1 and authorizing the assignment of a redevelop agreement to BAYONNE LOGISTICS CENTER OWNER URBAN RENEWAL for the development of said property and further authorizing the assignment of a financial agreement to Bayonne Logistics Center Owner Urban Renewal LLC. R-7 Authorizing the Law Director and Construction Offiicial to enter into negotiations with SOUTH COVE DEVELOPMENT, IV for the leasing of space at 191 LeFante Way for purposes of office space, storage space and parking for a multi-year period with options to renew and authorizing the Mayor and/or his designee to execute same in form and substance acceptable to the Law Director. R-8 Authorizing the submission of a grant application and execute a grant contract with the NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION for the Bayonne 2022 Roadway Improvements. ADD-2 Ratifying and confirming the actions of the Director of Public Works for the removal and replacement of two (2) outdoor ellipticals and safety mulch by PICERNO GIORDANO CONSTRUCTION in an amount not to exceed $19,015.00 ADD-3 Authorizing the Purchasing Agent to purchase Earth Lifts and associated equipment from HOFFMAN SERVICES, INC. through the ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing Agreement in amount not to exceed $76,102.68.
