HARRINGTON MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 630 AVENUE C, ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2015 THE BAYONNE MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY met at 6:59 p.m. John Budnik Secretary for the BMUA read the opening statement: “The notice requirements provided for in the “Open Public Meetings Act” have been satisfied. Notice of this meeting has been filed with the Clerk of the City of Bayonne and posted on the Bulletin Board in City Hall, as well as being transmitted to the Jersey Journal and Newark Star Ledger for this Regular Meeting of September 14, 2015.” Commissioner Budnik led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. John Budnik, Secretary for the BMUA called the roll. The above resolution was read by Commissioner Budnik, moved by Commissioner Metro and seconded by Commissioner Budnik and adopted by all. Yeas – Commissioners Augusto, Budnik, Colbath, Lynch & Chairman Metro Nays – None Absent – Commissioners, Flores & Jessen R2 - RESOLUTION OF THE BAYONNE MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY (Resolution authorizing the payment of bills.) The above resolution was read by Commissioner Budnik, moved by Commissioner Budnik and seconded by Commissioner Augusto and adopted by all. Yeas – Commissioners Augusto, Budnik, Colbath, Lynch & Chairman Metro Nays – None Absent – Commissioners, Flores & Jessen R3- RESOLUTION OF THE BAYONNE MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY (Resolution Adopting the Hudson County, Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan). The above resolution was read by Commissioner Budnik, moved by Commissioner Colbath seconded by Commissioner Budnik and adopted by all.  Yeas – Commissioners Augusto, Budnik, Colbath, Lynch & Chairman Metro Nays – None Absent – Commissioner, Flores & Jessen R4- RESOLUTION OF THE BAYONNE MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY (Resolution Memorializing the Authority’s policy for reimbursement of Expenses paid on behalf of the Authority by Authority employees or agents). The above resolution was read by Commissioner Budnik, moved by Commissioner Colbath seconded by Commissioner Lynch and adopted by all. (NOT NEEDED) A motion was made by Commissioner Budnik to adjourn the meeting it was moved by Commissioner Augusto and seconded by Commissioner Colbath and adopted by all.
