ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING MINUTES DECEMER 19, 2022 A regular in-person meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on Monday, December 19, 2022, in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey. Chairman Adams called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Secretary Lombari called the roll. Present at the meeting were Chairman Adams, Vice-chairman DiLullo, Secretary Lombari, Commissioners Pineiro, DeRos and McCourt. Commissioners Sisk-Galvin and Contey and were not present. Also present were Richard Campisano, Esq., Board Counsel, Robert Russo, PE, City Engineer and Suzanne Mack, PP, City Planner and Alicia Losonczy, Zoning Board of Adjustment Administrator. After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Vice-Chairman Adams declared a quorum and advised that the Board had complied with the Open Public Meetings Act/Sunshine Law. Adoption of Minutes: Chairman Adams called for the adoption of the minutes from the November 21, 2022 regular meeting. Commissioner DiLullo made the motion to adopt the minutes and Commissioner Lombari seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. Zoning Board of Adjustment December 19, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes Page 2 Board Reorganization • Election of officers (nominated and unanimously voted in): o Clifford Adams - Chairman Commissioner Lombari made the motion for this nomination and Commissioner DiLullo seconded the motion. o Nicholas DiLullo - Vice-Chairman Commissioner Lombari made the motion for this nomination and Commissioner DeRos seconded the motion. o Louis Lombari - Secretary Commissioner DiLullo made the motion for this nomination and Commissioner Pineiro seconded the motion. • Appointment of Support Personnel o Richard N. Campisano, Esq., Board Attorney o Suzanne Mack, P.P., City Planner o Robert Russo, P.E. Consulting City Engineer o Malvika Apte, P.P., Consulting City Planner o Alicia Losonczy, Board Administrator o Susan Bischoff, Certified Shorthand Reporter o Andy Raichle, Special Projects Engineer Commissioner DiLullo made the motion for this appointment and Commissioner Pineiro seconded the motion. • Adoption of 2023 Calendar The following dates for the regular meetings to be held in 2023 were read by Board Counsel Richard Campisano and unanimously adopted: January 23, 2023 (Alternate date) February 27, 2023 (Alternate date) March 20, 2023 April 17, 2023 May 15, 2023 June 26, 2023 July 17, 2023 August 21, 2023 September 18, 2023 October 16, 2023 November 20, 2023 December 18, 2023 Zoning Board of Adjustment December 19, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes Page 3 Commissioner DiLullo made the motion to adopt the 2023 calendar of meeting dates and Commissioner DeRos seconded the motion. A unanimous vote followed. Adoption of Resolutions: • RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPLICATIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022 o Commissioner DiLullo made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner DeRos seconded the motion.
