ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JULY 16, 2018
A REGULAR MEETING of the Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on Monday, July
16, 2018, in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne,
New Jersey.
Chairman Urban called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. Commissioner Egan called the
roll. Present at the meeting were Chairman Urban, Commissioners Adams, Egan, De Ros,
DiLullo, Dorans, Lombari, Pineiro and Simmons were present. Commissioner LeFante and
Pellitteri were absent.
Also present was Richard N. Campisano, Esq., Board Counsel, Alicia Losonczy, Zoning
Board of Adjustment Secretary and Robert Russo, PE, City Engineer’s Office.
After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Chairman Urban declared a quorum and advised
that the Board had complied with the Open Public Meetings Act/Sunshine Law.
Adoption of Minutes:
Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the minutes of the regular meeting held on
June 18, 2018. Commissioner Pineiro seconded the motion and a unanimous vote of eligible
members followed.
Communications:
Richard N. Campisano, Esq. read a letter from Paul N. Weeks, Esq., attorney for
application Z-18-005; MILLWRIGHT, LLC, located at 86 Hobart Avenue in City Block 359,
Lot 10, notifying the Board that the application was withdraw.

Public Hearing:
Z-18-015 –PERRAULT JEAN-PAUL – Site: 37 East 15th Street in City Block 248, Lot 7
[The applicant is seeking a bulk variance for side yard setback for an addition that was built too
close to the west side of the property line.]
The applicant appeared pro se. Prior to the opening of the meeting he spoke with the Board
attorney, Richard N. Campisano, Esq., and requested the matter be adjourned. Mr. Campisano
relayed the request to the Board and Commissioner Adams made a motion to adjourn to our next
regularly scheduled meeting on August 20, 2018 without any further notice on the part of the
applicant. Commissioner DiLullo seconded the motion and a unanimous vote of eligible members
followed.
Adoption of Resolutions:
• Z-18-013 SILVER STREET PARTNERS, LLC– Site: 16 Silver Street in City Block
326, Lot 31
o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Lombari
seconded the motion. A unanimous vote followed.
A motion was made to close the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
