PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION #2019-19 ~ 1504 S Beach Avenue- Block:62 Lot: 9 ~ Charles and Mary Betack, seeking variances to raise, renovate and construct an addition onto the existing single-family dwelling. DISCUSSION: Ordinance #2019-29C- Clarifying certain accessory structures in residential districts RA, RNA, RSA, RB and RC, was introduced by the Council on August 12, 2019 and require LUB input before considering adoption. Ordinance #2019-30C- Clarifying the height requirement for lots adjacent to the beach dune protective facility was introduced by the Council on August 12, 2019 and require LUB input before considering adoption.
