Proposing to construct a three-story, 102 room hotel along Second Street, a restaurant with a roof-top deck and liquor license to the west of the hotel. IS BEING CARRIED to the January 6, 2020 meeting. RESOLUTIONS: Resolution #2019-20 ~ 105 Fourth Street- Block:174 Lots:12.01 & 13 ~ Peter & Janet Antico approved for a minor sub-division to shift the existing property line between Lot: 13 and Block: 12.01 three feet to the east. No proposed renovations to the structures. PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION #2019-22 ~ 401 N Bay Avenue- Block:170 Lot:1.01 ~ Urris LLC. requesting an interpretation of Land Use Board’s Resolution #2015-09 granted a minor sub-division to sub-divide into three lots (2) two for single-family development and (1) one for commercial. And/or relief variances to allow applicant to develop a single-family home on the lot. DISCUSSION: Council’s Ordinance #2019-32C Council wants to require installation of the streetscape consistent with the Master Plan for new construction or substantial improvement Revisions to Beach Haven’s Land Use Development Application
