We are going to allow it this winter and address it again during summer/early fall.  • Beach Haven Barber shop is moving from 500 N Bay to 213 N Bay (Sea Breeze Realty) He will get permits for refitting the office. He will also be hanging a barber pole from the front of the building. • Creperie de la Mer will be moving from the corner of 2nd & Bay to 805 N Bay. That site was Carol's Organic Eatery. PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION #2019-21 ~ 525 & 601 Second Street Block: 148.01 Lots: 1,2,3,4 and 204 Pennsylvania Avenue Block: 148 Lot: 7 ~ 525 Second Street LLC. Proposing to construct a three-story, 102 room hotel along Second Street, a restaurant with a roof-top deck and liquor license to the west of the hotel. ADJOURNMENT
