Beach Ave., Creperie de la Mar o Requests $974.62 to be returned. THREE PERSON REVIEW: • La Bamba Express was approved to operate a restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine located at 122 N. Bay Ave. • Trotta’s Hobbies & Collectibles located at 9th Street and N. Bay Ave., Store #14 in Schooner’s Warf was approved to open a collectable, hobby and game store. • E-Ko Beach Life, LLC was approved to sell beach products such as towels, suntan lotion, skin care items and board shorts located in the Bay Village Cart. • Mau Loa Flowers, LLC located at 325 9th St. Suite 25 was approved to operate an event shop providing event planning, rentals, gifts, arrangements and flower crowns. • American by the Seashore located at 325 9th St. Suite 25 was approved to operate a gift shop. • The Bunkhouse was approved to open an art gallery and retail shop at 325 9th Street. • Ann Coen Photography was approved to open a gallery at 108-110 N. Bay Ave. OLD BUSINESS: • RESOLUTION # 2022-05 Singer – 1609 S. Bay Ave. – Block: 61 Lot: 3.01 • RESOLUTION # 2022-06 Atlantic City Electric- 315 Second St. – Block: 152 Lot: 1 & 2 PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION #2022-02 POLASCAK- 229 Eleventh St. Unit C – Block: 208 Lot: 17 The applicant proposes to construct a third floor above the existing rear two-unit condominium and convert the existing first floor condominium unit to a storage area in order to have the existing building above flood elevation. The Applicant is seeking a Use Variance for the expansion of a nonconforming multi-unit building. APPLICATION #2022-10 Fryer Sidewalk Waiver Proposal – 1920 Virginia Ave. – Block: 1 Lot: 31.02 The Applicant is in the process of constructing a new single-family dwelling on the property. A waiver of the sidewalk requirement is sought with regard to the frontages of the Applicant’s property on both Virginia Avenue and Leeward Avenue. APPLICATION #2022-09 Tuckers – 101 S. West Ave. – Block: 129 Lot: 4 & 5 The property is currently developed with a bar and restaurant, with a second-story single-family dwelling unit. The Applicant is seeking approval to permit a covered outdoor dining area to the south of the existing structure, in between the existing structure and the parking lot.
