READING & APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES - December 10, 2024, Council Meeting January 8, 2025, Special Council Meeting 5. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT. 6. COMMENTS FROM MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS (NOT FOR DISCUSSION). 7. BUSINESS NEW – Approval of Operations Audit. Recognition of a firefighter for the Lifesaving Award. Recognition of a firefighter for the Firefighter the Year Award Appointment of the City Manager to the New River Transit Authority (NRTA) Board of Directors. Appointment of the City Manager to the Region 4 Board of Directors. 8. PUBLIC COMMENTS - Speakers are required to sign up prior to the meeting. Each speaker will be given three minutes. Organizations may be limited to one (1) speaker. Due to the Open Meetings Act, the Council members and Mayor will not respond to the speaker. Comments, concerns, and issues will be recorded and reviewed. 9. ADJOURN.
