Cultural Commission August 14, 2017
The Commission agreed that Mr. Jacobsen’s presentation to the Council regarding the status of
achievements and work by the Cultural Commission was very well done. The Council was very
supportive of the Cultural Commission’s report on the value of the arts and achievements by
arts community, Commission and City efforts. It was not clear how the proposed bond funding
proposal would be allocated to the theater but it was mentioned that the plans encompassed the
theater.
