Milam St. Beeville, Texas 78102, which has been determined to be substandard, dangerous, or a public health hazard. 5. Discussion and possible action for the Building and Standards Commission to determine if corrective plan of action with timeline presented by property owner, Joe B. Mendez, for property at 701 W. Milam St. Beeville, Texas 78102 will meet the requirements of the Building and Standards Commission within the specified time given, or to proceed with order to abate the violation, not excluding demolition of said structure. 6. Public Hearing of said structure at 910 N. Ave. D has been determined to be substandard, dangerous or a public health hazard. 7. Discussion and possible action for the Building and Standards Commission to determine possible corrective action and/ or abatement of the violation, not excluding demolition of the structure at 910 N. Ave. D. 8. Building and Standards Commission to hear appeal from, Irma Del Bosque, to rescind the May 23, 2016 decision to order removal of non- compliant structure, located at 1600 W. Crockett St. Beeville, Texas 78102, and to present a corrective plan of action with definitive timeline and date of compliance. 9. Discussion and possible action for the Building and Standards Commission to uphold or rescind the decision to order removal of non- compliant structure located at 1600 W.
