Discussion and possible action on recommendation for the commission to find structure at 1001 W. Sylvia St. Beeville, TX 78102, Legal description: ALTO VISTA BLK 29 LOTS 14 AND 15 is substandard, dangerous or a public health hazard and to order a public hearing. 6 The Building and Standards Commission will hear and discuss progress on the proposed plan of corrective action submitted by Pedro Moreno, Lillian Moreno, and Crystal Moreno to determine if compliance is being met for the structure at 910 N.
