Discussion and possible action on a request for a street closure for the Bee County Armed Forces Day Block Party on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 12: 00p. m. until Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 2: 00 a. m. Block Party- 200 and 300 blocks of N. Washington St. Street Closure for safety of pedestrians- 100 and 300 block of W. Hefferman (from St. Mary' s to Madison St.; and 200— 300 block of N. Washington St.( from Bowie to Cleveland St.) BBQ Cook Off at Depot Pavilion- Depot Pavilion Parking Lot closed to public parking from W. Hefferman to W.
