C Jones High School Trojan Choir to close the following streets on Saturday, May 5, 2018 for a color run/ walk from 8: 00 a. m.— 1: 00 p. m. 400 block of Orange St. ( Trojan Dr.) 1600 block of N. Filmore St. 10. Discussion and possible action on awarding a bid for the Well Construction and Installation of Pumping Equipment Chase Field Production Wells to Hydro Resources in the amount of$ 1, 142, 000.00 contingent on final approval from the Texas Water Development Board ( TWDB). 11. Report by the Interim City Manager on the Water Treatment Plant Pretreatment Improvements. 12. Discussion and possible action on executing a consultant service agreement for the Employee' s Benefit Health Plan between the City of Beeville and Rolando G. Barrera. 13. Discussion and possible action on approving Resolution No. in support of application for National Incident Based Management System ( NIBRS) Grant. 14. Discussion and possible action on approving Resolution No. for the AEP Texas Inc.' s application request for distribution rate increase. 15. Consideration and possible action on adopting the recommended rules submitted by the Beeville Police Civil Service Commission to hire temporary police officers as provided by Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 143. 083. 16. Discussion and possible action on a proposal submitted by Inframark for the operation and maintenance of the collection and distribution system in the amount of$ 1, 309, 744 for the first year O& M price. 17.
