Commerce for the Western Week Chamber Parade on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 7: 00 a. m.— 11: 30 a. m.
12. Consideration and Possible Action on a request from Bee County Chamber of Commerce for financial assistance
in the amount of$ 15, 000. 00 from the Hotel and Motel Tax Fund for their Western Week event on October 5th—
7th, 2018.
13. Consideration and Possible Action on a request submitted by Joe Herrera for a conditional release of lien on the
property located 1101 W. Fannin St. Beeville, Texas 78102.
14. Consideration and Possible Action on Ordinance No. to establish the 2018 Ad Valorem Property Tax
Rate for the levying and collection of taxes for the use and support of the Municipal Government of the City of
Beeville and to provide interest and sinking funds for FY 2018- 2019.
15. Consideration and Possible Action on Ordinance No. to adopt the FY 2018- 2019 Proposed Budget.
