Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Pitney Bowes for the postage mailing machine. 15. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the Beeville Police Department and Office of Emergency Management to apply for a grant from Homeland Security Grant Program( HSGP) through Coastal Bend Council of Governments. 16.
