5. Consideration and Possible Action on allowing the Dispatch Merger Committee to finish its work as charged and
to provide in the Final Assessment and Evaluation Report the following:
1.) A first year and a four year operating detail budget that includes direct and indirect cost; 2.) a detailed five
year capital budget for the replacement of current and future communication hardware i. e. computers,
repeaters, radio equipment, equipment maintenance agreements and other related capital dispatch service cost
related to the merger; 3.) A sample Interlocal Agreement between the City and County; 4.) Performance
Indicators; 5.) And any other relevant and significant information related to the merger i. e. cost sharing by each
entity.
6. Consideration and Possible Action on approving and adopting Ordinance No. and Ordinance No.
abandoning two Right of Way Easements.

7. Consideration and Possible Action on a request submitted by Lorie Posada Martinez to approve a police escort for
the Bee County Epilepsy Walk from the Bee County Court House to Flournoy Park on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at
10 a. m.
8. Presentation and Update by Freese and Nichols Engineering on the Chase Field$ 4, 500,000.00 Water
Development Project.
9. Consideration and Possible Action approving Change Order Number 1 to the Emergency Generator Project in the
amount of$ 45, 093. 00.
10. Consideration and Possible Action on approving the Final Payment in the Amount of$ 34,924.85 to CES Industrial,
LLC for work performed on the Emergency Generator Project.
11. Presentation and Update on the$ 3, 300, 000. 00 Clarifier Project at the Morrill Water Filtration Plant.
12. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the City Manager to execute an Engineering Contract for
Services Between the City of Beeville and LNV Engineering, Inc. for Street and Drainage Improvements on the 200
Block of North Madison Street.
13. Presentation by Mr. Richard Gibbens of Performance Services on Consulting Services available to the City.
14. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Pitney Bowes
for the postage mailing machine.
15. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the Beeville Police Department and Office of Emergency
Management to apply for a grant from Homeland Security Grant Program( HSGP) through Coastal Bend Council of
Governments.
16. Consideration and Possible Action on appointing a Chairman to the Tax Increment Finance Board.
17. Consideration and Possible Action on amending Article II Section 2. 1 of the EMS contract between the City of
Beeville and Angel Care Ambulance for the County of Bee Sheriff's Office Dispatching of 911 calls.
18. Consideration and Possible Action on adopting a City Council Policy on how to include items on a regular and
special City Council agendas.
