Discussion and Possible Action on naming the Football Complex at Veterans Memorial Park in memory of Gilbert Deuce" Herrera I I . 7. Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance No. authorizing the issuance of the City' s Certificates of Obligation, Series 2023; providing for the payment thereof by the levy of an Ad Valorem Tax upon all taxable property within the City and a lien on and pledge of surplus revenues; and other matters in connection therewith. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) between the City of Beeville, the Texas A& Engineering M Extension Service ( TEEX), and the Texas M A& Emergency PWRT)for the Response Team ( TX- purpose of delineating public work response activities performed at the request of the State and provided at the option of the Employer and the Member in conjunction with, or in preparation of, a State declaration of disaster. 10. Presentation on fine amount and court imposed ( collected) fines in violation of Beeville Code of Ordinances Chapter 18: Animals. 11. Discussion and Acceptance of the HOT Fund Post Funding Report submitted by Texas Clash for the previous event held on June 10, 2023. 12. Discussion and Possible Action on a request for financial assistance from the Hotel / Motel Tax ( H. O. T) fund to assist Dale' s Community Event scheduled on August 12, 2023. 13. Discussion and Possible Action on adoption of the City of Beeville Strategic Plan. 14. Discussion and Possible Action on SESAC Agreement. 15. Discussion and Possible Action on adopting a policy to waive applications / permit fees charged to local government entities located in the city. 16. Presentation of the proposed City of Beeville Budget for Fiscal Year 2023- 2024. 17.
