BEL AIR BOARD OF TOWN COMMSSIONERS WORK SESSION MEETING June 29, 2022 - 4:00 p.m. BEL AIR ARMORY, 37 N. MAIN ST., BEL AIR, MD PRESENT: Commissioner Kevin M. Bianca, Chair Commissioner Mary F. Chance Commissioner Paula S. Etting Commissioner Erin S. Hughes Commissioner Donna L. Kahoe OTHERS: None ABSENT: None Approval of the Agenda Commissioner Kahoe moved, and Commissioner Chance seconded the motion to approve the agenda as written. Ayes: Commissioners Chance, Etting, Hughes, Kahoe, and Bianca Nays: None Absent: None The motion carried Closed Meeting At 4:01 p.m., Commissioner Chance moved, and Commissioner Etting seconded the motion to close this meeting under the provisions of the Maryland Open Meetings Act General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction. The meeting reopened at 5:35 p.m. Miscellaneous The Commissioners briefly discussed retirement recognition and/or party plans for Mr. Bane, who submitted his notice of intent to retire a couple months ago. Ideas such as holding an open house at the Armory and other suggestions were discussed. Adjournment Commissioner Kahoe moved, and Commissioner Etting seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting. Ayes: Commissioners Chance, Etting, Hughes, Kahoe, and Bianca Nays: None Absent: None The motion carried.
