CITY OF BELGRADE COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES COUNCIL CHAMBERS June 20 1h, 2023 7:00 PM This meeting was open to the public and attended in person. Mayor Russell C. Nelson called the meeting to order. Council Members in attendance were Jason Guffey, Jim Simon, Kristine Menicucci, Jim Doyle, and Renae Mattimoe. Via Zoom Mike Meis. City staff in attendance were City Manager Neil Cardwell, City Attorney Rick Ramler, City Clerk Camille Gregory, Executive Assistant Dana Jambor, Municipal Judge Chris Gregory, Executive Director of Finance Charity VanKirk, Director of Public Works Steve Klotz, Fire Chief Greg Tryon, Director of Engineering Tom Eastwood, Library Director Gale Bacon, Director of Human Resources Becky Wilbert, and Director of Community Development Jason Karp. Others in attendance were Nie Cuyle, Debbie Cuyle, David Cordisco, Linda Trautmann, Gary Oakland, Jacob Zwemke, Sumner Anacker, Landy Leep, Liberty Brown, Vivian Crouse, and Judy Doyle. PUBLIC FORUM Mayor Nelson called three times for public comment. There being none, the public forum was closed. CONSENT AGENDA - Consider Approval of Council Minutes Draft: 6-5-23 - Consider Final Plat Approval for Meadowlark Ranch Phase 5 - Consider Approval of an Improvements Agreement and Financial Guarantee for Meadowlark Ranch Phase 5 Nie Cuyle, residing at Melissa Way, thanked the City and the developer for keeping the trees on Melissa Way during the new development phases. He also thanked Landy for confirming that the lots would be single-family house lots. Council Member Mattimoe mentioned a small spelling error in the minutes. ACTION: Council Member Menicucci moved to approve the consent agenda items as submitted. Council Member Mattimoe seconded the motion. All voted aye, motion carried unanimously. Page 1 of 5
