Council and Assigned staff remain after lunch)
Members present for afternoon session: All council members were present. City staff Present were: City
Manager Cardwell, Assistant City Manager Tryon, Executive Assistant Jambor, Director of Human
Resources Wilbert, and Police Chief Lensing. Also in attendance was SK Rossi.

No members of the public were present for this work session.
Cardwell and the members of the council briefly discussed whether to move future retreats to a 2- day format.

9 AM to 4:00PM
The purpose of this retreat meeting is for the City Council to have an opportunity
to raise, discuss, and prioritize, among themselves and City staff, policy issues
related to the business of the City. There will be no policy decisions made, or
actions taken by the Council during this workshop meeting. There will be an
opportunity for public comment at or around 3:30pm.
This meeting may be attended in-person only. Members of the public who wish to
attend are asked to register with the City Clerk due to space. To register, please

The next regular business meeting of the City Council is scheduled for April 1, 2024,
at 7:00pm at Belgrade City Hall in the Council Chambers. That meeting may be
attended in-person or the meeting can be viewed in real time at
www.belgrademt.gov. There is an opportunity for public input at every regular
business meeting of the Council prior to the consideration of any policy decisions.
