Notice of Possible Quorum Belgrade City Council Planning Retreat Location: Copper King Convention Center Butte, Montana April 23rd, 2026, 9:30 am-5pm – Dinner/Trolley Ride & th April 24 , 2026, 7:30 am-2pm The purpose of this retreat meeting is for the City Council to have an opportunity to raise, discuss, and prioritize, among themselves and City staff, policy issues related to the business of the City. There will be an opportunity for public comment at the April 24th session at 1:00 to 1:30 pm. There will be no policy decisions made, or actions taken by the Council during this workshop meeting. This meeting may be attended in-person only. Members of the public who wish to attend are asked to register by 3pm April 16th, 2026, due to space. The next regular business meeting of the City Council is scheduled for May 4th, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Belgrade Community room in the Belgrade Library. That meeting may be attended in-person or the meeting can be viewed in real time at www.belgrademt.gov. There is an opportunity for public input at every regular business meeting of the Council prior to the consideration of any policy decisions.
