NOTICE OF MEETING PARTICIPATION Members of the public will be entitled to participate and address the Culture and Arts Board at the time of public comment (i.e., Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting). Any person desiring to address the Culture and Arts Board must submit their request via e-mail to Community Relations Administrator Cheryl Bright at cbright@bellairetx.gov. The request must be received before the start of the meeting. Speakers will be recognized during public comment in the order their requests are received. I. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Chair. II. Adoption of Minutes. Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Culture and Arts Board held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - Board Members. III. Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting - Chair. IV. Business Items. 1. Discussion of and possible action on 2022 & 2023 Arts & Crafts Festival- Board Member Janice Fortune 2. Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the CAB or for a referral to staff for investigation.
