NOTICE OF MEETING PARTICIPATION Members of the public will be entitled to participate and address the Culture and Arts Board at the time of public comment (i.e., Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting). Any person desiring to address the Culture and Arts Board must submit their request via e-mail to Community Relations Administrator Cheryl Bright at cbright@bellairetx.gov. The request must be received before the start of the meeting. Speakers will be recognized during public comment in the order their requests are received. I. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Chair. II. Adoption of Minutes. Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Culture and Arts Board held on Wednesday, November 13, 2023 - Board Members. III. Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting - Chair. IV. Business Items. 1. Discussion of and possible action on the Calendar Photo Contest Program – Staff Member Cheryl Bright 2. Discussion and possible action on new Art Board Activities – Board Member Kristi Coffey • Cookbook, Murals, Time Capsule, etc. 3. Discussion and possible action on existing 2024 Art Board Activities – Board Chair Gay Mayeux • Fall/Spring Arts & Crafts Festivals • Citywide Pumpkin Decorating Contest • City Calendar Photo Contest • Painting contest for Screech Owl and Art Doors 4.
