NOTICE OF MEETING PARTICIPATION Members of the public will be entitled to participate and address the Culture and Arts Board at the time of public comment (i.e., Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting). Any person desiring to address the Culture and Arts Board must submit their request via e-mail to Community Relations Administrator Cheryl Bright at cbright@bellairetx.gov. The request must be received before the start of the meeting. Speakers will be recognized during public comment in the order their requests are received. I. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Chair. II. Inspirational Moment - Board Member III. Adoption of Minutes. Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Culture and Arts Board held on Wednesday, January 14, 2025 - Board Members. IV. Forum for Comments from Visitors to the CAB Meeting - Chair. V. Business Items. 1. Discussion and possible action on streetlight banners – Chair Gay Mayeux/Staff Cheryl Bright 2. Discussion and possible action on 2026 Holi Fest participation – Chair Gay Mayeux 3. Discussion and possible action on development of master plan for entryway markers – Chair Gay Mayeux 4. Discussion and possible action on succession planning – Chair Gay Mayeux 5. Discussion and possible action on upcoming events (Arts & Crafts festival etc.) – Chair Gay Mayeux VI. New Business. The Chair will recognize any Board Member who wishes to bring new business to the attention of the CAB. Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the CAB or for a referral to staff for investigation.
