Approval of Minutes: Consideration of and possible action regarding the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Board held on Monday, October 28, 2024. C. Council Liaison Comments - Winfred C. Frazier, Mayor Pro Tem, and Jackie Georgiou, Council Member. D. City Manager Update - Sharon Citino, City Manager and Staff Liaison. E. Board Business: Discussion and possible action on the following topic(s): 1. Election of Officers:  Chair  Vice Chair  Secretary  Treasurer/Fundraising Chair  Outreach/Social Media Chair  Athletics Chair  Volunteer Chair 2. Committee Organization and Goals. 3. Establish Meeting Date and Time for December 2024 and January 2025. F. New Business: Any Youth Advisory Board Member who would like to bring New Business to the Youth Advisory Board's attention will do so now. Note: Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Youth Advisory Board. G. Adjourn.
