High Street – parapet repairs ➢ 102 E. Bishop Street – clean and paint exterior in warm colors. ➢ 121-123 S. Allegheny Street – remove brick vendor from building façade and paint the block. Brick is mounted on decaying plywood. ➢ 234 W. Curtin Street – enclosing part of back and side yard of property with a wooden picket fence, stained in a natural wood color or painted white. Administrative Approval: ➢ 203 N. Allegheny Street (CCLHM) – Replace side porch roof with rubber ➢ 447 E. Linn Street – Installing a HVAC unit to back of the house, barely visible from Church Lane.
