Pennoni Engineers provided a cost estimate and Scope of Work, not to exceed $14,664(proposal included in packet) Penn DoT has indicated that this is a permitted use of highway aid funds and our Finance Director has said we have the funds – Council Action Requested. ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION—Mike Prendergast, Chair No Committee meeting held since the last council meeting Sol Smart webinar overview – Ms. Cleeton, Ms. Thompson SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: BOROUGH MANAGER—Ralph Stewart June report Submitted OLD BUSINESS Facilitator Proposals – Virtual meetings were held with two facilitator vendors in regard to the council retreat and the stakeholder meeting related to the short-term rental ordinance draft. Staff is expecting the two proposals today. If they are not received in time for the council packet, they will be sent out separately. Council Action is requested.
