Use of Highway Aid Funds to Study Zion Road/SR 550 stormwater issue. Pennoni Engineers
provided a cost estimate and Scope of Work, not to exceed $14,664(proposal included in packet)
Penn DoT has indicated that this is a permitted use of highway aid funds and our Finance
Director has said we have the funds – Council Action Requested.

OLD BUSINESS
Facilitator Proposals – Virtual meetings were held with two facilitator vendors in regard to the
council retreat and the stakeholder meeting related to the short-term rental ordinance draft.
Staff is expecting the two proposals today. If they are not received in time for the council
packet, they will be sent out separately. Council Action is requested.
NEW BUSINESS
Additional “No Fishing” Signs are being added between the Veterans Bridge and the railroad bridge
on the Water Street wall
