I. 7:30 PM COUNCIL MEETING – CALL TO ORDER Welcome everyone to the Bellefonte Borough council meeting. We will do our best to start council meetings on time and to end them on time. Due tothe room acoustics, please speak up when talking so that people can hear what you are saying. All comments and reports should be kept to three minutes maximum. Thank you. II. ADDITIONS TO THE COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA In accordance with Act 65 of 2021, If a matter is not on the Agenda, Council cannot take official action on it with some exceptions. Council can act on matters relating to potential or real emergencies. Council may add a matter of agency business to its agenda through majority vote. Council should state the reason why the action item is being added to the Agenda. Council may vote to add an action item(s) to the agenda. 1 V. Motion/2nd to approve the Bellefonte Arts and Craft Fair August 5th 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM and Saturday, August 6th 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Motion/2nd to approve the following street closures: N. and S. Allegheny St (Bishop St to the Linn St. Intersection) and W. high St (Allegheny St to Spring St intersection) from Thursday, August 4th at 6:00 PM to Saturday, August 6th at 8:00 PM. VII. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be acted upon by a singlemotion. Motion/2nd to approve Option ___ for the CDBG year 2022. Workplace Safety Committee recommendations to Council. Consider adopting policies regarding vehicle take home, seat belt use and non-business-related transports. Motion/2nd to have staff draft these policies for Council consideration. Consider Items from the Goals/Issues list to be scheduled for the 07.05.2022 Council Work Session. Call for a motion and second of goals to consider for 07.05.2022 Work Session. XI.
