The Authority can act on matters relating to potential or real emergencies. The Authority may add a matter of agency business to its agenda through majority vote. The Authority should state the reason why the action item is being added to the Agenda. The Authority may take action on this item. Updated Agreement with Blue Triton – bulk water loading station at Penn Eagle Industrial Park. The Authority may take action to approve or conditionally approve this agreement Agreement with Shantel Cable – Generator at Hughes Street Water Storage Tank. The Authority may take action to approve or conditionally approve this agreement Updated Agreement with UAJA – biosolids disposal. FYI, No Action is requested. Big Spring Cover Project Update.
