The Authority can act on matters relating to potential or real emergencies. The Authority may add a matter of agency business to its agenda through majority vote. The Authority should state the reason why the action item is being added to the Agenda. Motion/2nd to form a written Marketing Agreement with HomeServe NLC Service Line Warranty Program. Valentine Hill Road Bids. Barton & Loguidice recommends awarding the project. Authority discussion requested. Pumping Solutions Incorporated (PSI) Change Order No. 001. Motion/2nd to approve the PSI Change Order No. 001. NEW BUSINESS: Daily Water Withdrawal December 2025. FYI.
