Aldermen present on roll call: Alderman Kinsella, Alderman Pusa, Alderman White, Alderman Wigginton, Mayor Eckert and City Attorney Hoerner. Members Present: Alderman Galetti excused. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MINUTES Motion made by Alderwoman Pusa and seconded by Alderman Kinsella to approve the January 10, 2017 Ordinance & Legal Review minutes. All members present voted aye. UNFINISHED BUSINESS RESALE AND CONSIGNMENT SHOPS Discussion and consideration of an ordinance concerning resale and consignment shops. Motion made by Alderman Kinsella and seconded by Alderwoman Pusa to approve Ordinance 8022-2017 Amending Title XI (Business Regulations), Chapter 113 (Special Sales; Personal Sales), Section 113.001 (Secondhand Dealers), Section 113.003 (Antique Dealers) and Section 113.005 (Resale and Consignment Businesses). All members present voted aye. OUTDOOR EVENTS AND ASSEMBLIES Discussion and consideration of an ordinance concerning outdoor events and assemblies. Motion made by Alderman White and seconded by Alderwoman Pusa to approve Ordinance 8023-2017 Amending Title XI (Business Regulations, Chapter 111, (Amusement and Recreation; Raffles) as Amended, by adding Section 110.060 through 110.066 concerning Outdoor Events and Assemblies. All members present voted aye. MISCELLANEOUS & NEW BUSINESS HOME KITCHEN AND BAKING Discussion and consideration of an ordinance concerning the regulations of cottage food operations and home kitchen and baking.  Ordinance & Legal Review Minutes March 14, 2017 Motion made and seconded to approve Ordinance 8024-2017 Amending Title XI (Business Regulations), Chapter 118 (Food and Beverage Businesses), Section 118.02 (Food Vendors). BASIC CHARGES FOR ALL USERS OF CITY SEWERS Discussion and consideration of an ordinance concerning the basic charges for all users of city sewers. Motion made and seconded to approve Ordinance Amending Chapter 50 (sewers). All members present voted aye. ADJOURNMENT Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting.
