APPROVED PUBLIC HEALTH & HOUSING COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES WEDNESDAY AUGUST 1, 2018 Members: Alderman Jane Pusa – Chairman Alderman Raffi Ovian Alderman Scott Tyler Alderman Roger Barfield Alderman Mary Stiehl Tricia Tialdo Mayor Mark Eckert Staff: Robert Sabo Guests: Ron Deedrick . Chairman Pusa called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. On roll call all members were present with the exception of Alderman Tyler and Alderwoman Stiehl, who were excused. Tricia Tialdo made a motion to accept the minutes from the July 9, 2018 meeting, second by Alderman Ovian. Motion carried. Alderman Ovian made a motion to amend section 154.46 (3) Rental Property Registration of the Crime Free Housing Ordinance by increasing the annual registration fee from $25.00 to $30.00 per rental unit, thereby raising the late fee from $50.00 to $60.00 per unit, second by Alderman Barfield. On roll call vote all members present voted AYE, motion carried. Alderman Ovian made a motion to adjourn second by Tricia Tialdo.
