I. Call to Order
Chairman Pusa called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
II. Roll Call of Members/Staff
Roll call members was taken. All Committee members were present. Acting Director of
Health, Housing and Building Jeff Heidorn was also present.
III. Approval of the Minutes
A motion was made and properly seconded to approve the minutes of the October 3, 2018
meeting. The motion carried.
IV. Public Participation
There was no public participation.
V. Old Business
There was no Old business.
VI. New Business
The following actions were addressed as "New Business:"
A.) There was discussion regarding the scrapping of the following:
• 2003 Ford Taurus (Batteries/tires, over 118,000 miles)

• 2004 Ford Taurus (over 110,000 miles) VIN#1FAFP55SX4G192771
• 2004 Dodge Dakota (Batteries,Tires, Transmission, over 91,000 miles)

• 2003 Crown Victoria (148,000 miles) VIN#2FAFP71W03X211051Motion to
approve
Motions were properly made and seconded to forward the above-referenced vehicles to City
Council for approval of their disposal.
B.) There was discussion regarding donation of 313 S 9th St (house on property)
(Parcel: 08- 28.0-107-009) and 315 S 9th ST (Parcel #: 08-28.0-107-011) (vacant
lot) to Belleville Community Development Corporation (BCDC) for rehab and
development as a single-family residence. A motion was made and properly
seconded to donate the properties. The motion carried and this agenda item was
forwarded to City Council for approval.
C.) There was discussion regarding the need for an intergovernmental agreement
with Tygracon Properties for the rehabilitation of City-owned property at 710-712
East "D" Street (Parcel #: 08-22.0- 31-023). A motion was made and properly
seconded to allow the City Attorney to draft said intergovernmental agreement.
The motion carried and this agenda item was forwarded to City Council for
approval.
With no additional discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
