APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4-A. Motion to Approve the minutes of the Health, Housing and Building Committee meeting November 15, 2023. . Scott Tyler discussed the 13 properties that are in the demolition package o 500 Lebanon Ave o 826 Sycamore St o 134 N Virginia Ave o 49 Scarlet Dr o 59 Periwinkle Cir o 625 State St o 4 Rue Deau Ville o 140 S 35TH ST  o 5905 W Main St o 85 N 98th St o 416 S 21n St o 23 S 16th St o 1816 E "B" St .
