CALI. TO ORDER BY CHAIRPERSON ROTHWEILER Chairman Chris Rothweiler called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. 2 EXPLANATION OF DISASTER PROCEDRUE: 3 PUBTIC PARTICIPATION None 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4-A. Motion to Approve the minutes of the Health, Housing and Building Committee meeting December 20, 2023. o Motion made by: Alderperson Randle o Seconded by: Tricia Tialdo . Voice Vote: Passed 5. NEW BUSINESS 5-A. Motion to accept low bid for demolition of 5113,426.00 for 520 N lllinois St & 14 S 3'd St from Schaefer Excavating. . Scott Tyler discussed the two properties with the committee. o Motion made by: Alderperson Randle o Seconded by: Alderperson Osthoff o Roll Call Vote: Passed 6. OTHER BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE COMMITTEE:  6-A. Assistant City Attorney Lloyd Cueto stated he will have a list of the next properties for demolition at the next meeting. 6 B. Alderperson Randle asked about the chicken permits and how many applications we have received. Scott Tyler replied saying that he believed it was 6. 7. ADJOURNMENT .
