CALL FOR CONFLICT (AS OUTLINED IN IDAHO CODE §74-404): ACTION ITEM 3 Discussion and consideration of proposed Ordinance No. 2025-11 amending Title 3, Chapter 6 Of The Bellevue City Code known as the City of Bellevue’s Local Option Tax (LOT) by adding the imposition of a one percent (1%) tax on the sale of restaurant food, a two percent (2%) tax on the retail sale of liquor-by-the-drink, an increase from three per cent (3%) to six per cent (6%) on the sale of hotel-motel occupancy and increasing the effective duration to (15) fifteen years from its date of publication.
