Mini Consent Agenda a) 18-174 Motion to award Bid No. 18001 to KLB Construction Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of Surrey Downs Park. b) 18-175 Motion to approve payment of claims and payroll for the period January 1, 2018 through January 31, 2018 c) ORD 6401 Ordinance authorizing and providing for the acquisition of interests in land for the purpose of constructing the Fire Station 10 Project; providing for condemnation, appropriation, taking of land and property rights necessary therefore; providing for payment; directing the initiation of appropriate proceedings in the manner provided by law for said condemnation; and establishing an effective date. 6.
