Staff seeks direction to return to Council on October 1 for approval of the Ordinance and authorization to executive the related MOU.) e) 18-421 Proposed updates to the City Council Rules of Procedure (Direction. Staff will review potential updates to the Rules of Procedure and return with revised rules for consideration at a future meeting.)
