PW-R-199, PW-W/B-76 and W-16) to Laser Underground & Earthworks, Inc. as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $2,243,140, plus applicable taxes. d) 19-151 Motion to award Bid No. 18122, Eastgate Way Non-Motorized Access to Transit (CIP Plan Nos. PW-R-199 and PW-W/B-56) to Award Construction as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in the amount of $842,614, plus all applicable taxes. e) 19-152 Motion to award Bid No. 18039 for AC Water Main Replacement 2018 Phase 2 to Earthwork Enterprises, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $630,461.00 plus all applicable taxes (CIP Plan No. W-16). f) 19-153 Motion to approve the 2019 State Legislative Agenda and the 2019 Statement of Legislative Policy City of Bellevue Page 1 Printed on 2/10/2019 City Council Extended Study Session Meeting Agenda February 11, 2019 g) RES 9535 Resolution authorizing execution of an amendment to the services agreement with Integra Telecom, now Allstream, for telecommunication services, extending the current contract term by eight months, and increasing the contract value by $81,000 plus applicable taxes. h) RES 9544 Resolution determining that an existing storm drainage easement and two water main easements located at 17900 NE 16th Street (Bennett Elementary School) are surplus to the City’s needs and are no longer required for providing continued public utility service; and setting a time and place for a public hearing to consider the release of these easements. i) RES 9545 Resolution granting authority to the Finance & Asset Management Director or his/her designee to approve annual purchase orders for various vendors for small items not stocked by City departments, for an amount not to exceed the estimated values for the specified vendors set forth in Attachment A to this Resolution, plus applicable taxes. j) RES 9546 Resolution authorizing execution of an amendment to the contract between the City of Bellevue and Interloc Solutions for an amount not to exceed $380,000, plus applicable taxes, for technical professional services and maintenance support services for Bellevue’s enterprise asset management system, Maximo. k) RES 9547 Resolution determining the anticipated shortfall in revenues for providing municipal services to the annexations areas of Eastgate, Hilltop, Tamara Hills and Horizon View (Eastgate Annexation Areas), setting a new threshold amount for the State of Washington fiscal year July 2019 to June 2020, continuing a sales and use tax, as authorized by RCW 82.14.415, Ordinance 6045 and Ordinance 6063 at the existing rate for such fiscal year; and authorizing certification of the City’s true and actual costs to provide municipal services to the annexed areas. l) RES 9548 Resolution authorizing the execution of a contract with Landscape Structures, Inc. for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Crossroads International Park, in an amount not to exceed $256,888.26, plus all applicable taxes. m) RES 9549 Resolution authorizing execution of Amendment 7 to the Agreement for Inmate Housing between the City of Bellevue and South Correctional Entity (SCORE), extending the expiration date of the Agreement to June 30, 2019. 4.
