Note: The time allowed shall not exceed 30 minutes, and speakers will be called in order from
the sign-up sheet. If the number of speakers signed up to speak will exceed the 30-minute
period, the Chair is authorized to give preference to (1) persons speaking to items on that
meeting's Agenda or anticipated to come on the Agenda within one month and/or (2) to
persons who have not spoken to Council in the last quarter. A maximum of three persons are
permitted to speak to each side of any one topic.

a) 19-229 Property Acquisition - RCW 42.30.110(1)(b) - Approximately 15 minutes.
(To consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or
purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price.)

(For information. The Director of King County Department of Natural
Resources and Parks will update Council on the County's proposal for a

(For information. The King County Library System Executive Director will
update Council on recent KCLS initiatives and programs.)

(For information. Staff will update Council on development activity including
projects under construction and in the pipeline. Staff will also update Council
on recently completed service delivery improvements and improvements that
are underway.)

(For information. Staff will update Council on the recent Vision Zero Summit
held at Ovelake Hospital.)
