PW-R-199, W-16 and S-66) to Road Construction Northwest, Inc. as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $390,569.75, plus all applicable taxes. This project is partially funded by the Neighborhood Safety, Connectivity and Congestion Levy (CIP Plan No. PW-R-199). e) RES 9759 Resolution authorizing execution of a purchase order with the King County Directors’ Association (KCDA) Purchasing Network in the amount of $759,658, plus all applicable taxes to replace the synthetic turf field and resurface the rubberized track at Wilburton Hill Park. f) RES 9760 Resolution authorizing execution of an amendment to increase the construction contract amount with Interwest Construction, Inc. (Bid No. 19042) by $700,000, plus all applicable taxes, for a total contract amount of $12,241,006.90, plus all applicable taxes, for the NE Spring Boulevard Multimodal Corridor Zone 2 Project (CIP Plan No. PW-R-173).
