The City of Bellevue Environmental Services Commission meeting for March 7, 2024, will
be conducted in a hybrid manner with both in-person and virtual options. To speak at the

The total time for oral communications is 30-minutes. Speakers will be allowed up to three
minutes to speak; and a maximum of three persons are permitted to speak to each side of any
one topic.

9. Public Hearing
If you wish to speak at a public hearing, please fill out the speaker registration in the link
below, available between 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. the day of the hearing.
There is no set time limit for public hearings. During hearings, speakers will be called in the
order in which they have registered and will be allowed to speak for up to three minutes. If
previous speakers have made the same point you wish to express, simply indicate your support
of the comments. If you miss the period for this online registration, you may still have an
opportunity to speak while the hearing is open.
