All Written Comments received by noon the day prior to a Human Services Commission meeting will be sent to commissioners with a request to read before the meeting. Oral Communications (this is for regular meeting topics, not public hearing speaker participation): To be added to the speaker list for non-public hearing oral communications, use the Oral Communications sign-up sheet in the meeting room, or the online link below. This link to the Oral Communications sign-up webform is available between 4:45 and 5:45 pm on the day of the Human Services Commission meeting. Members of the public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each, with a limit of three speakers commenting on the same topic (an agency is considered a topic).
