The City of Bellevue Human Services Commission meeting for February 22, 2023, will be

4. Oral and Written Communications
Written Communications: If you wish to provide written comment to the Human Services
Commission please email humanservicescommission@bellevuewa.gov. All Written Comments
received by noon the day prior to a Human Services Commission meeting will be sent to
commissioners with a request to read before the meeting.
Oral Communications: To be added to the speaker list for non-public hearing oral
communications, use the Oral Communications sign-up sheet in the meeting room, or the online
link below. This link to the Oral Communications sign-up webform is available between 4:45
and 5:45 pm on the day of the Human Services Commission meeting. Members of the public
may speak for up to three (3) minutes each, with a limit of three speakers commenting on the
same topic (an agency is considered a topic). Signing up is not required to participate in the
meeting’s oral communications. This portion of oral communications is limited to 30 minutes.
Additional oral communications are allowed under Agenda Item #10.
