The City of Bellevue Human Services Commission meeting for September 19, 2023, will

Oral Communications: To be added to the speaker list for non-public hearing oral
communications, use the Oral Communications sign-up sheet in the meeting room, or the
online link below. This link to the Oral Communications sign-up webform is available between
4:45 and 5:45 pm on the day of the Human Services Commission meeting. Members of the
public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each, with a limit of three speakers commenting
on the same topic (an agency is considered a topic). Signing up is not required to participate
in the meeting’s oral communications. This portion of oral communications is limited to 30
minutes. Additional oral communications are allowed under Agenda Item #11.
